Painting of Falcon Jigsaw by Jo Jessen

'FALCON JIGSAW' 1991 - 2001
Many of the young horses we are currently campaigning and breeding are by our stallion Falcon Jigsaw (Jacko), who died not long after we moved to Falcon Park. Jacko was bred by John’s father, and with John began an eventing and showjumping career, winning a Pre Novice event and showing huge talent as a showjumper.Pip began riding him in early 1996 and there is a running joke in the family that she ‘stole’ him from John and turned him into a dressage horse!
Jacko ended his career on 281 points, having won a number of Championships at various levels, including Reserve National Elementary Champion in 1997, Central Coast Advanced Horse of the Year in 1999 and 2000 and Central Coast FEI Champion in 2001. He was a member of the NSW Dressage Squad in 1997.

At present there are over 30 horses which we have bred and/or trained, competing successfully in different parts of the world. At present here at Falcon Park we have eighteen young horses, some currently being campaigned and some in training. Most of these horses were bred by us and are by our own stallions or by successful stallions in Australia and overseas.

2005/2006 FOALS

'BOUNCE'
Brown colt foal - December 2005 by Copabella Visage x Party (by Falcon Jigsaw x Cadina)

2008 - Bounce is doing well. Growing up and growing fast. He seems to have a fair turn of speed in him and shows the ability to 'zeroturn' so hopefully that will come in handy when he grows up.

'JIMMY BRADDOCK'

October 2005 Brown yearling colt by
Falcon Legacy (Falcon Jigsaw) x Gabrielle.

2008 - A bundle of energy from the word go! this one is Growing and developing well; he is nice natured and good to handle.

'RINGO' October 2005

Pinto yearling colt by Premier des Hayattes
x Strawberry Girl' (Falcon Jigsaw) who is currently being campaigned very successfully by Vicky Roycroft.

Ringo definitely 'catches the eye' He has a lovely head and shoulder, moves very nicely and seems to have the same good nature that we have found in all his line.

2006/2007 Foals

'FALCON LUNA' - Filly - November 2006
Welfenadel x Skansen Cloud 9 (Jet Set D)

This filly can't help but be gorgeous!  Her Sire is the stunning imported FEI stallion Welfenadel and her dam, Skansen Cloud 9, herself a successful dressage horse and one of the most beautiful mares you will ever see, is by Jet Set D. Luna has sensational uphill movement.

'FALCON FINALE' - November 2006

Brown/bay colt FALCON LEGACY (Falcon Jigsaw) x Falcon Ladyhawke

'Finale' has been given his name because he is the last foal by Falcon Legacy who has now been gelded. Finale is a lovely big brown/bay colt, and looks to be strong, athletic and elegant.

'LITTLEROCK' - January 2007

Brown colt by ABDUELL II x Crystal (Falcon Jigsaw)

Littlerock has gown into an exceptionally pretty yearling. He is quiet to handle and growing well.

'FALCON HOLLYWOOD' - Filly October 2006
Falcon Legacy x Falcon Stellar (Icon/Germany)

Luna and LittleRock - March 2008

Hollywood at 3 months
  Falcon Hollywood at 3 months

Hollywood is a beautiful type.  Her sire Falcon Legacy is only 6 but proving to be a sensational performance horse.
Her dam, Falcon Stellar (by Icon. Grand Prix dressage/showjumping stallion in Germany) is now in training and one of John's favourites. She moves beautifully and we feel she will do well both in dressage and showjumping. We plan to have her competing soon.

FALCON ROYALE by Royal Hit
dam - Skansen Cloud 9

Cloudy is 16.2h - and is by Jet Set D. She is a beautiful mare, who has beautiful foals. She had a lovely filly last year by Welfenadel and we are delighted with her foal this year.

Because of the problems caused by EI, we are only expecting one foal this year.
